This Wellness Week, residents enjoyed brain fitness exercises, a Walk-a-thon with two distance options, an outdoor Mind/Body Relax class, a pool party, and more! Residents joined the fun as we exercised, played games in the pool and made new friends along the way. Residents also attended a presentation by Dr. Sharon Gutterman, PhD, Mindful Wow. In her talk, she explained more about the underlying factors that cultivate wellness and explored how Guideposts and the Wellness Wheel can direct us on the path of wellbeing. This was such an amazing week full of rest, rejuvenation, and general wellness.
