Roberta Sansone has been a resident of Elim Park long enough to earn a reputation as a talented cook and great neighbor. Her belief in food being good for both body and soul is evident through hot dishes and her warm smile. Whenever someone is under the weather or just going through a hard time, she is quick to deliver homemade soup and special treats. When her family comes to visit, she can be found behind the stove making her homemade marinara sauce, and it is no surprise to see a line of residents outside her door just to try a sample!
One of her famous recipes is her Eggplant Parmesan, and she recently came together with Elim Parks’ Chef Baki Belica to share her delicious recipe! Roberta cooks with her heart and exemplifies that food is love, making everyone feel like family.
