It was Elim Park’s honor to donate $5,000 to Susan G. Komen, whose mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
On Friday, October 6th, Nelson Hall Theatre at Elim Park held an Olivia Newton John Tribute – Always Olivia Starring Annie Aiello. This one-of-a-kind tribute featured 5 costume changes and 4 decades of music honoring one of the most celebrated and beloved pop icons of all time – the late Olivia Newton-John who passed last year from metastatic breast cancer. This was an incredible night honoring her legacy and the bravery of all of those in our audience who have been impacted by cancer.
Later this month, on October 21st, Team Elim Angels will walk for the cure at Susan G. Komen’s annual “More Than Pink” Connecticut walk. For more information, contact Lauren Bedard at 203-272-3547 ext. 218.
