Sharing a Commitment to Each Other

When residents move into Elim Park Place, they become "community members for life." We take pride in the fact that once people make the decision to come here, they have no need to relocate outside of the Elim Park community.

Honoring God in All We Do

Part of being here means sharing a commitment to each other. The scriptures tell us:

"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2)

As we live together and share mutually in fellowship, meals and prayer, we are encouraged to provide for those in need.

The goal of the Resident Benevolence Fund is to be there when our neighbors need help. The fund helps make it possible for Elim Park Place residents who find themselves in need to continue to live independently in their apartments.

The fund provides limited financial assistance for monthly service fees to allow residents in need to continue on being vital members of our community. If you are able, we ask you to offer a "helping hand" to help insure this goal can be met.

How the Plan Works

The Resident Benevolence Fund is an endowment fund supported primarily by residents of Elim Park Place, their families and friends. The fund can be used to supplement monthly charges for Elim Park Place residents who demonstrate financial need. Applications are subject to Residents' Benevolence Fund committee approval.
